[Pulp-list] Cleaning pulp installation

Hello,

I am working on new way of reseting Katello installation and for Pulp we
are currently deleting MongoDB database. But I would like to implement
complete cleanup process.

Which files and directories should we delete during this? I am not sure
which directories can we recursively delete not breaking anything.
