/etc/pulp/agent/handler/
/usr/lib/pulp/agent/handler/

If running out of git - please run:

# python pulp-dev.py -I'
# rm -rf /etc/pulp/handler
# rm -rf /usr/lib/pulp/handler
# service goferd restart
