[Pulp-list] Pulp v1.1 Release

The team is proud to announce that Pulp 1.1 is now available in our 
stable repositories 
(http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp/v1/stable/). This release 
is largely a bug fix release with a handful of minor feature requests.
