Hi again Paul. I've looked into this some more, and it looks like there
is another bug in pulp-admin ☹ It looks like it is possible to use the
pkglist field only when querying with the --erratum-id field, and not
when querying with --filters or --match. I've filed another BZ about
this[0].

You may be able to work around this problem for now by using your query
to get the erratum IDs, and then for each of those querying again to get
the pkglist for each one individually, using --erratum-id.
