[Pulp-list] redis sentinel

Short term our goal is to make sure that Pulp can function properly even
when Redis goes down, since it's only used as a cache now.  This makes
having HA Redis much less important to begin with. (Although without the
caching Pulp wouldn't be able to handle as much load as it can with the
cache.)
