[Rdo-list] Basic network isolation deployment

Hi everyone,

I tried deploying a network isolation setup with 1 x ctrl + 1 x compute on a virtual environment and here are my findings so far:

1. You need to pass /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/environments/puppet-pacemaker.yaml as environment file (-e) to the openstack overcloud deploy command otherwise pacemaker doesn't get deployed and the IPs don't get assigned as expected:

2. After deployment some of the Neutron related pacemaker resources are stopped:
