Two HD system

I am using a Dell 933 mhz pc with two disk drives. 

One drive is for windows XP and the second dedicated to RH Linux 7.0,
both 40 GB drives. 

Powerquest 8.0 was used to install the two OS.

Question: I would like to upgrade RH7.0 to Fedora or instll Fedora as a
separate OS using Power quest.

How can this be done?

Your help would be appreciated.
