XMMS Not Working with MP3 files

There was a copyright infringement lawsuit over this, so RedHat stopped
sending MP3-enabled xmms stuff.

If you want to risk it, you can get the codec and such from:

	http://havardk.xmms.org/dist/xmms-1.2.7-rh8-rh9-rpm/

By the way, there is no such animal as Red Hat Linux 9.0.  It is
RedHat Linux 9 (no ".0").
