Any tutorials/fundamentals, advice needed

I would say in order of importance:

- install/config
- admin a simple lan
-scripting, programming, etc.

www.linuxmigration.com <http://www.linuxmigration.com> has some good basic
tutorials for a lot of starter stuff.
