Installing Red-Hat ES V3 on a dell

I am trying to install RedHat ES V3 with a Seagate Barracuda 7200 HD 12 160GB and it is asking for a HD driver, where can I get this
driver and install it. Do I need to burn a CD with this driver or I can put it in a Flash drive.
