Installing Red-Hat ES V3 on a dell

You do _NOT_ want to install RH v3, at least not on a machine that
will access the Internet.  V3, v4, and v5 are no longer supported.

Unless you want RedHat to hold your hand, and you are willing to pay
for it, I recommend you download and install CentOS 6.x.  It's the
most like the earlier versions, if that's what you are used to.
CentOS 7 (the latest) incorporated major changes to the init system,
device naming, and several other things, so there may be a learning
curve involved.  CentOS 6 is supported until end of November 2020.
