VMWare and RedHat

i'm doing it at work: the HOST is a RHEL WS 2.1 machine, it has guests
consisting of: W2k SP1, RHEL ES 2.1, RHEL WS 3.0, Tao Linux 1.0. RH 7.1.
Using 4.0.5 Vmware.
