Squirrelmail replacement

Increasing the Max Upload size will allow for larger uploads (Keep disk
space in mind if it's a heavy use server).

Increasing script execution size can help if needed.  try doubling it
for now.

As file sizes get large the upload time will increase, you may need to
increase the 'max_execution_time' as well
