The short answer is that unless you have RHEL subscription, there is no
way to run RHEL.  Red Hat makes the source rpms publically available and
you can build a system based on those (and there are various projects
that do this) but you won't end up with RHEL when you're done - you'll
be close but not identical.  Some applications will fail to install and
some may not even run (although those are few and far between).
