kernel: oracleoks: module license 'Proprietary' taints kernel

Check your multipath paths
multipathd -k
> show paths
check that all paths are ok.
also see that that there is no queuing because of a failed path.
Once verified get into oracle and run the script
/etc/init.d/oracleasm listdisks
see if you can see all the disks as seen by oracle
Are you bonding?
