[redhat-lspp] ipsec stress tests status on lspp 63 kernel

Stress tests with regular ipsec and labeled ipsec over ipv6
successfully completed 26 hour and 22 hour runs respectively
on lspp63 kernel.

Stress test with regular ipsec over ipv4 also completed
a successful 20 hour run on lspp 63 kernel.

I reported last week a succesful 15 hour run of labeled
ipsec over ipv4 on lspp 63 kernel.

All of these were done on two ppc64 boxes with racoon enabled
between the two.
