We had two different KVM consoles to try
and it was stuck with both.  One was from Blackbox
and the other was something from Sun Microsystems
as it came in a rack with the cluster already set up
by Sun.  However a PS/2 connection was in use.
It might have something to do with that
or the Sun 20z system having the problem.  I'll try
a USB keyboard if this comes up again.  SSH was
also an option, but I wanted a console in case
something odd happened on the network or
there was a message only on the console.
