I don't know if this can work with what you have. You say you want to install 
the second OS while running the fist OS? That will not be possible with the 
default tools.

If you know your current system and you know the fine details of the os you will 
install, it is a verry precausious job with a lot fo pitfalls. I don't say it is 
not possible but I do say it is a hard days job, which is automated by booting 
hte installation from the provided media.
