[rhn-users] which kernel module is being used?

	I have waded through kernel module documentation here
and there, but I am still unclear on a couple of things:

1) Is it possible for a running kernel of rev, let's say '10',
to load modules from a slightly earlier kernel, let's say '9'?

2) If so, how can I tell which .o is actually loaded?

3) Do dkms.conf settings override modules.conf settings?
(I'll confess that I don't really understand dkms... yet).
