[rhn-users] rhn_register "oeminfo" file

I am having difficulties registering a system, it says "we are out of
serverURLS to try we tried https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC".  In
the configuration file for rhn_register it points to an oeminfo file
that does not exist, is this significant?  What is this file for?
 
Port 443 is opened up on the firewall but still not luck.
 
Has anyone else encountered this?
