[rhn-users] 403 forbidden - you don't have permission to access /home/*/public_html on this server

I had a problem with my cgi script and turned off SELinux to get things 
to work. At this point I'm unsure the learning curve and complication is 
worth it. It's been inserted into the update stream with woefully little 
documentation.

in
/etc/selinux/config
set
SELINUX=disabled
maybe reboot, I forget
