[rhn-users] NIS maps not being distributed(/created ?)

Hi all,

I just installed Enterprise AS 4 on 2 machines. One I made an NIS server, and
the other the client.

For some reason it's not working. I'm not sure why.

issuing the command 'ypcat passwd' gives the following:

No such map passwd.byname. Reason: Internal NIS error

The file does exist and has a file size > 0

I have set up NIS on Enterprise AS 3 before without problem. NIS was (and still
is) giving me a nasty problem on my other server running RHEL AS 3, which is why
I tried installing AS 4.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
