Lee,
If you have an NVIDIA card, then you might find this site helpful:
http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
After every kernel upgrade, I need to run
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-6629-pkg1.run as root to rebuild the nvidia
driver. There's a way to make this automatic, but I don't have it
working on all my hosts.
