[rhn-users] Installing MySQL 4.1.20 on RHEL4, can't get it running

Ok, this is what from the log file: 

060622 04:33:06  mysqld started
060622  4:33:06 [ERROR] Can't start server: Bind on
TCP/IP port: Address already                          
                   in use

complete

then I run 
>>  netstat -napt
and get this output
