[rhn-users] update issue

Hi,

1)  Are you using an http proxy?  If so, is it configured properly in 
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date ?
2)  If not, are you able to run:

# telnet xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com  443

successfully?  This should test network connectivity to RHN's server.
