[rhn-users] update issue

Yes, we are using proxy server to access the internet. Moreover, I am not able to access the RNN server as I am getting connection timed out error message from <http://www.xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC>http://www.xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC. server.

Hi,
1) Are you using an http proxy? If so, is it configured properly in 
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date ?
2) If not, are you able to run:
# telnet xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com 443
successfully? This should test network connectivity to RHN's server.
