[sos-devel] s/plugin/module/g?

I find myself increasingly talking about sos modules rather than plugins
mostly to try to avoid the impression that we're offering a stable
interface to 3rd party code.

Module bothers me a little due to potential confusion with python
modules but I wonder if it's worth changing the term (to module or some
other better name) in our code and docs to make this clearer?

I definitely want to document the fact that we prefer all the bits
(apart from site-local possibly) to be shipped in the sos package for
future versions.
