The main one I noticed while doing a complete audit last month was the
EMC module. This prompts for SP IP addresses during setup() - that's
something I would like to remove.
There are a couple of others that seem to require command-line
configuration in order to be useful. I can see that for some
operations that's a requirement but ideally I'd like things to
generate some useful data when run with nothing but defaults.
