[sos-devel] Changing sosreport tarball names

As I expressed in upstream, I personally like bit more the variant

sosreport-tux-123456-2018-01-10_08-13-55.tar.xz

due to sorting multiple reports from a day. But the proposed improvement is
ok for me, it still does improve the current hard-to-read name.
