Have a look at /root/ks-post.log. The spacewalk SSL key should have been installed in /usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT.
Also check /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date contains RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT not RHNS-CA-CERT.
Not sure what else to check.
