Hi Miroslav,

When I run:

[root at spacewalk-vm ~]# rhnreg_ks -v --proxy=proxy.somewhere.in.www:8080
--profilename spacewalked-vm-rhel5u1-x86_64 --username XXXX --password XXXXX
--serverUrl=http://somewhere.in.the.www/XMLRPC--sslCACert=/usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT
--activationkey=1-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX --subscription=XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Error Message:
Registration failed: RHN Software Management service entitlements
exhausted
Error Class Code: 91
Error Class Info: Registration token unable to entitle system: maximum
membership exceeded
Explanation:
An error has occurred while processing your request. If this problem
persists please enter a bug report at bugzilla.redhat.com.
If you choose to submit the bug report, please be sure to include
details of what you were trying to do when this error occurred and
details on how to reproduce this problem.

My activation key was created using the SW/WEB-UI as follow:

Systems>Activations Keys>create a new
key>(Description,key[leftblank].usage[leftblank],Add
ons[Monitoring,Provision],UniversalDefault[leftblank]>CreateActivationKey.

My subscription is a valid one with RHN.

I am currently running SW/0.3.

What am I doing wrong ?

Best regards,
