And what you see on Software Channel Entitlements page?:
your.spacewalk.org/rhn/channels/software/Entitlements.do

Is is possible that you see 0 entitlements for rhel channel? If so you 
need to create new certificate with entitlement for rhel channel:
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/CertCreation
