This means your yum repodata for rhel5-updates-i386 is missing on the 
server. Things to check,

* take a peek in /var/cache/rhn/repodata/rhel5-updates-i386 directory on 
your spacewalk server and see if you have repomd.xml for that channel 
label.
* make sure taskomatic process is running.
