[Spacewalk-list] Issue performing yum update on newly registered client

So I have the channel updating content and have created an Activation Key.
Registered a client without issue.
Now when I run yum update on the client I get:

Error: failed to retrieve repodata/primary.xml.gz from rhel-i386-server-5
error was [Errno -3] Error performing checksum

I ran 'yum clean all' on the client and tries to run satellite-sync on the Spacewalk server

Here is the error:
ERROR: No channels currently imported; try satellite-sync --list-channels; then satellite-sync -c chn0 -c chn1...
Ran it with --list-channels, here is the error:

Any clues?
