[Spacewalk-list] rhnlib and rhel-instnum missing from 0.4 repo?

I get rhnlib from 0.3 repo and rhel from here
http://dir.filewatcher.com/d/Other/noarch/System%20Environment/Base/rhel-instnum-1.0.7-1.el5.noarch.rpm.26244.html

it works.

Q: Was the succesfull one RHEL and the failed one Centos?

AFAIK Centos do not have rhel-instnum, but rhel does. Probably the same 
apply to rhnlib, but I'm  not sure.
