[Spacewalk-list] rhnlib and rhel-instnum missing from 0.4 repo?

Thanks for your reply Miroslav.
Both installations were on top of Centos 5.2, and like I mentioned, 
rhnlib is in the 0.3 repo. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty positive a 
week ago it was also in the 0.4 one.
Any thoughts on this?
