I installed both the certs that were in the /pub dir on the client

/pub/rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
/pub/rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-2.noarch.rpm

Then ran the rhnreg_ks

 rhnreg_ks --serverUrl=https://spacewalk.company.com/XMLRPC --activationkey=9b96b0f4a6a16ec24aeecb9ad191ed90
An error has occurred:
Not Found
See /var/log/up2date for more information
