That's the plan.

There will be when 0.4 is out.

Yes, there are db schema changes. They come in the spacewalk-schema
package.

Well, up until Spacewalk 0.3, it was not httpd that was run for
Spacewalk, it was spacewalk-httpd, with its own set of configs.
The guys have a plan of making Spacewalk configuration part of
general httpd config, so in the future (but no promise that it
will make it 0.4) Spacewalk config will just be added to the
general Apache configuration.
