Where did you get /usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT from?
Is it the same as
http://rmb-dev-spacewalk.rmb.co.za/pub/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT  ?
Do you have correct date and time on both Spacewalk server and proxy?
