Thanks for the reply Dave

It seems that the scout config isnt pushing as there is no key to push
AND the service seems to have a problem starting

Thanks for the diagnostic help though, very useful.

When I get this working Im hoping to add it to the wiki documentation,
but Im going to wait for 0.6
