[Spacewalk-list] create oracle backup

hello to all

i want to backup my spacewalk db.

i saw the new example and i tried to create a backup are

as user oracle i get the next error:


SQL> connect / as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-12162: TNS:net service name is incorrectly specified


what do i wrong?
