I've already got the installation to succeed and all the tables created. I was trying to get past this activation portion to see how much extra hacking I would have to do. To get the installation was not that hard. I just want to see how usable it is in its current state.

Hi Adam,
you are installing spacewalk with postgresql backend which is in a very
early development stage and is not considered functional.
If you are not interested in hacking postgresql backend please install
spacewalk + oracle backend.
