For some reason the server's not updated the repodata, perhaps?

If you trash it, it should get rebuilt.

On the server:

rm -rf /var/cache/rhn/repodata/*

Then run yum list on the client and it'll fail because the repodata's not
present, but the server will build it.  Repeat until all the repodata's
rebuilt.
