[Spacewalk-list] new install of spacewalk not working..

hey folks, 

have a new install of spacewalk on a rhel 5.3 box thats not working..
all of the info/debugs are at

basically it looks like the taskomatic is bombing out for some reason..

[root at redhouse tomcat5]# /etc/init.d/spacewalk status
router (pid 31191) is running...
sm (pid 31215) is running...
c2s (pid 31239) is running...
s2s (pid 31263) is running...
osa-dispatcher (pid 31279) is running...
/etc/init.d/tomcat5 is already running (31814)
httpd (pid 31870 31869 31868 31867 31866 31865 31864 31863 31842) is running...
rhn-search is running (31894).
cobblerd (pid 31932) is running...
RHN Taskomatic is not running.

what can I do to troubleshoot?
