[Spacewalk-list] Issue with Spacewalk 0.8 install on CentOS 5 and Oracle 11G

Probably an error in manuall population. Wipe out the schema and
(re)populate it again from scratch.  I've checked standard Spacewalk 0.8
installation on Oracle 11g and it's finished fine.
