If we are speaking about database charset (which should be UTF8 or AL32UTF8)
then no - it's a global setting for the whole database. On client side
nls_lang can be set on per session basis.


And specificaly to RAC - spacewalk installer is able to create only simple 
hoetname-port-sid tnsnames.ora entry. So you have to (post-install) manually
reedit tnsnames.ora and put correct RAC connect string there.
