[Spacewalk-list] Configuration channels and files missing lines

Having an issue with spacewalk 1.3 and configuration channels. I have several files I deploy using configuration channels. Some of the files appear to be missing the last line of the file. If I add a blank line to the end of the file and re download it comes down fine.
