each system has the ability to either inherit or have some other value
set for the 'server' and the 'redhat-management-server' fields.

Point each of these to the proxy of you choosing and the ks will point
the install tree and or repo's to your local copy rather than the main
spacewalk server.

Setting the redhat-management-server to be the proxy also makes the
client think that this is in fact a spacewalk server when its not, but
from your POV it will just work.
