[Spacewalk-list] Excluding Packages in a Channel?

I'm affraid the best way to achieve this is to put php* packages
into a separate child channel.

There's no way how to block a list of packages from channel on specific
client on spacewalk side. And putting them into yum exclude list on
client side will not stop them from poping up in spacewalk webUI.
