No change to the output - it still complains that a required dependency 
is already installed.

[jdehaan at txdalof1dev045 ~]$ sudo yum --enablerepo=\* clean all

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
